Description:
Intertruss Internet Services, Inc. (www.intertruss.com) is a small but fast growing web development and web hosting company located in Warner Robins, Georgia. We're looking for Web Designer with exceptional design capabilities, strong attention to detail, a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

This position is open to remote candidates seeking supplemental work opportunities. If you're a highly skilled web designer looking for contract work or an opportunity to moonlight for a small but progressive agency, this position is for you. We prefer even our remote employees be located within driving distance of Warner Robins, Georgia as occasional group working sessions will be scheduled - however all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Fundamental understanding of Web standards & best practices is required
- Strong knowledge of basic web design principles: page layout, typography and color theory
- Understand information architecture for the web and be able to assist in developing navigation flows for websites, create flowcharts, develop wireframes, and be an integral part of the initial planning phases of new websites.
- Advanced experience with Fireworks and/or Photoshop
- Professional web design experience in a team setting strongly preferred but not required

- Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion
- Must show initiative, be reliable, take responsibility for results, and be able to manage your own time
- Must be organized, self-motivated and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are a must

Primary Responsibilities:
- Create user-centered designs including interfaces, navigation, layout and artwork
- Turn client requests into stunning visual concepts
- Introduce innovative site design with measurable results (increase site productivity, traffic to specific/desired areas, positive user experiences and business results)
